We are going to lose to much, I have been helping the Irwin`s on their campaign here in Melbourne and people do not know what is really happening in Cape York, So many animals will be without their homes Perched Springs will be destroyed and 20 million litres of water wasted everyday YES EVERYDAY. WE must stop it before it is to late.By the way I am 11(I made this 2 years ago I turn 13 in anout 18 days.)and know this is so wrong to be mining Steve Irwin`s Wildlife Reserve. Unless WE Australian`s stand Together 20 Million Litres of Water a Day to be Wasted. Sign the Petition too or the government that says we have a water shortage is going to Allow a mining company to waste 20 Million litres of pure water a day, That is criminal, And they will let our rain-forests die and our endangered animals too Criminal once again.

i dont think its right for the australian government to dedicate the land in Steve's name and then turn around and go back on their word. I am an american and i have signed the petition at least twice. STEVE WAS MY HERO! STEVE TAUGHT TO LOVE ANIMALS. i even started a facebook page dedicated strictly to Steve and wildlife. my dream is to meet his family one day, but if the dream doesn't come true i will do as much as i possibly can to keep steve's message to extend forever. i want his family to know that there is people all over this world that will never forget Steve, especially me and any kids i have in the future.
