comment The team that went out to save the shark were awesome. True dedication and persistence to get the shark free. It was hard to watch but its nice to know that one more animal survived when careless people leave garbage and hooks in the oceans for them to swallow. Great job and thanks for saving the shark.

i hate when everybody thinks that sharks are evil creatures out to get us there not.....most sharks attack because we look a lot like there pray like seal when we are swimming above them you wouldnt beleive how much we look like a seal or a commen fish that they would eat. yea i mean they have killed people before but we shouldnt blame them take my advice...sharks are not out to kill man kind...they are following there instics!!!!!

This has got to be the most stressful episode I have watched to date. My blood pressure shot up watching it. Sharks have been one of my favourite animals since I was little and I know the Bull Shark well.
First of all a big, big thank you to those wonderful fishermen who reported the hooked shark. That shark would definitely have died if its entrapment wasn't reported. Thank you guys; you are obviously responsible fishermen who care about your wonderful wildlife. To me you are just as much heroes as the wonderful Briano and team.
I'm sure most people don't intentionally go out to harm wildlife; they just need to be a little more aware of their environment and give their actions a little more thought. Australia has some of the most beautiful wildlife on earth (and in the sea), so a little more thought when on the wonderful ocean and land please.
The Bull Shark frequents fresh water as well as salt water; a very cleverly adapted shark.
A wonderful rescue and a beautiful outcome for the shark. Wow, must lie down with a cup of tea and a valium now.
Love to all, Gail xxxxxxxxx
