Injured Pelican

Synopsis: Cory and Kado received a call the previous afternoon in regards to an injured Pelican in the Cotton Tree area of Maroochydore. Witnesses claim the Pelican has a fishing hook injury to one of it’s legs. They could not locate the Pelican before dark but have returned the following day to continue their search. Situated at the last location where the Pelican was seen, Cory and Kado search the area. Cory soon spots a Pelican on a sand bank in the distance, but with no way of getting over to the sand bank to check it is hard to tell if this is the Pelican that is injured.
