Yesterday, 4 November 2010, I saw in the paper how a man killed one of the largest alligators ever caught, in Florida, just for the fun of it. Makes me sick to my core. They referred to him as a hunter. I have a few much more appropriate words for him and I'm sure most of you could think of a couple too. The alligator was believed to be 50-60 years old. Killed for pleasure. I feel sad and mad, but this also reminds me of why I don't like Steve being called the 'Crocodile Hunter' and never have. It may have been good for business, but I still differ re this. If Steve had seen this article he would have cried, no doubt about it. I cry too Steve. You are the greatest Wildlife Warrior ever and were never, ever a Crocodile Hunter. RIP xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
