Thanks Australia Zoo for showing us your animals. We all like the waddling at the end. We really like Mrs Stuart's daughter, she's great! She came to our school. The baby wombat was cute. We read the book "Diary of a Wombat".

Thanks for this diary.My daughter adopted Grotty a few years ago and when we came for a visit the staff got her out for her daily walk. She is a beautiful wombat and Australia Zoo is one of our most favourite places to visit!!

I'll come waddle with the wombats any time. What a beauty. A back side to kill for, literally. How original and unusual is that. I just love animals with attitude and the wombat definitely has attitude. Fond memories of the wombats on Croc Diaries when they would chase everyone in their enclosure. Loved the wombat being pulled along in his trolley - definitely the best way to travel around Australia Zoo (clever little fella too). I just love em. Did you notice the size of the Joey's claws? Wow, they are definitely a burrowing animal and I guess they can use them as weapons too? (wish I had nails like that). Lovely creatures and so original. Love em, love em, love em.
