Hey Adam, get in touch with your local animal vet/hospital and/or wildlife parks. They should be able to help. You may be able to do some volunteer work for them?

I'm currently one of the volunteers and it has been one of the best experiences I have ever done I have learned so much from the keepers n croc hosts who I can call my friends and I have met so many amazing people who r so passionate about wildlife n conservation I have even become more passionate about it since i have started.
